At the last meeting of members of the CWCN there was some discussion about creating Accessible documents using Word, Excel, Adobe InDesign, etc. MISA (Municipal Information Systems Association) has produced a toolkit on how to create Accessible documents. As the need for various software versions grow, member keep adding to this arsenal.

During our discussions, I had volunteered to provide the members with copies of the toolkit. Even with zipping the file, our email from Huron received a fair number of bounce backs. Since many of you may be interested I will post the documents here.

I have selected some of the more common versions of software. If you have need for different versions let me know. I may be able to provide the required version, or could pass the request along for the MISA accessibility committee to consider creating.
