Attached is the Toolkit to help you make documents accessible for the website. It was developed by Municipal Information Systems Association Ontario (MISA Ontario), along with e-Solutions Group (esolutionsgroup.ca). It is simple to use, but covers many programs. It is divided up by program (e.g. Word, InDesign, Acrobat, etc. so you only need to look at what you use.
